Core principles

Across every step.

No unnecessary complexity

Practical, focused work - no oversized programmes or jargon.

Minimal internal workload

We do the heavy lifting so your team stays focused on the business.

Full transparency

Clear reporting on findings, actions and savings at every step.

Client retains control

You approve every decision - nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

How our fees work

Typically shared savings, rather than day rates.

Traditional consultants typically bill day rates whether savings land or not. We usually work differently - a small contingent fee funds mobilisation, and the majority of our fee is a defined share of savings you can see in the P&L. Where a day rate or fixed fee is a better fit for the mandate, we will agree that instead.

Small contingent fee

Funds the diagnostic, sourcing and delivery work. Agreed and capped upfront - typically no open-ended day rates.

Majority tied to savings

The bulk of our fee is a share of realised, P&L-verified savings against an agreed baseline. If savings do not land, the majority is not paid.

Client keeps the majority

Fees are structured so you retain the clear majority of annualised savings. Our upside only exists if yours does.

Close to a no-win-no-fee model, without the caveats. Also called gainshare or shared-savings consulting.
