Do we need a Carbon Reduction Plan to win public sector work?
Central government contracts above a set value usually require a Carbon Reduction Plan under Procurement Policy Note guidance, and many private customers now ask for one too. Check the current GOV.UK guidance for thresholds. We help you produce a plan that meets the requirement without over-engineering it.
What is CBAM and does it affect UK businesses?
CBAM is a carbon border adjustment on certain imported goods, such as iron, steel, aluminium, cement, fertilisers and hydrogen. The EU scheme applies to goods entering the EU, and the UK has announced its own CBAM from 2027. If you import or export these goods, we help you understand the data you need from suppliers and the likely cost.
Who needs a Modern Slavery statement?
Under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, commercial organisations supplying goods or services in the UK with turnover of £36m or more must publish an annual statement. Smaller businesses are often asked for one by larger customers. We help you write a statement backed by real supplier checks.
