Supplier risk assessment template

A risk register that rates each supplier on likelihood and impact and records the actions to take.

A supplier risk assessment looks at what could go wrong with each supplier and how much it would hurt. It helps you focus attention on the few suppliers whose failure would stop production, delay customers or damage your reputation.

This template rates financial, operational, geographic, compliance, cyber and ethical risk on likelihood and impact, calculates a score and records mitigating actions with owners.
