Supplier cost documents, a calculator and material samples, illustrating cost reduction

Tender template

An invitation to tender pack that sets the rules, scope and timetable for a competitive process.

A tender is a formal competition between suppliers for a contract. The invitation to tender sets out what you are buying, the contract terms, the timetable and exactly how bids will be judged, so every supplier competes on the same basis.

This tender template is for private businesses running a structured competition, for example for logistics, facilities or a major supply contract. It combines the instructions, specification and response forms into one pack you can adapt.

Free to download. Available as Word and PDF.
